BOOGIEMAN | ft. ATJAZZ (UK) | AUGUST 12TH | ROTTERDAM

True house music consists of four main ingredients: a cup of spirituality, a tablespoon of love, a dash of togetherness and a pinch of soul, drenched in some penetrative beats.

Renowned producer, sought after remixer and floor filling DJ, 'Atjazz' gives his heart to hold the soul and the fundaments of true house music.

He has been a prolific remixer throughout his career remixing and reworking songs & works for artists such as Nitin Sawhney, Bob Sinclar, Jazzanova, Zed Bias & Omar to name but a few.

The Boogieman collective is therefor proud to present this classic DJ/producer at their first Rotterdam edition.

If you like your house music with a twist, you're in for a treat! We'll get deep, soulful and massive...here comes Boogieman baby!

11th of June Boogieman & TOKO/MC proudly present 'A welcome party for the Fela Cast' - live on stage Franck Biyong & Massak

Cameroonian composer, producer and multi instrumentalist Franck Biyong operates outside the boundaries which map the trajectories of African musicians in and out of the continent.

Fueled by the sound of West African rhytm and song and the energy of the West London broken beat scene he brought his African musical roots into new directions. Doing so, he layed down the fundaments of the Afrolectric sound of his band Massak witch he formed in 1997 right after Fela's death.

The Return of Peven Everett @ Boogieman 28th of April

Holland needed to wait over ten years for the return of golden boy Peven Everett.

Some have likened him to the Prince of independent soul and dance music, a multi-instrumental child prodigy who played several instruments by age ten, Peven Everett has always been the underground's genius with a cult status that sometimes reaches mythical stages. As he got soul by the pound, eighteen projects over the last 13 years, including nine official commercial releases, Everett lives up to his Prince comparisons in his prolificness, if not always in vocal consistency and appeal. Make shure u witness him live & direct at Boogieman 28th of April
